The Empire of Clowns Continues on Its Murderous, Genocidal..

At this moment in the monstrously bloody course of American Empire, I suppose I might take the sardonically grateful point of view. At least we now have
some direct experience of how easy it was for nauseatingly corrupt Roman leaders to impose their will upon the ignorant hordes, and literally to get away
with murder. Hell, who needed to "get away" with murder? Bloody, painful, lingering, ungraspably sadistic murder was one of the major entertainments.

And so it is with us, for the majority of Americans are now both stupid and cruel. Comfort yourselves with fantasies about "good Americans" who "mean well"
if you wish; the facts provide you scant support. The criminal slaughter in Iraq goes on from day to day...look, Paris Hilton is being dragged off to jail!
Again! It becomes clearer with every day that passes that metastasizing mayhem in the Middle East is not an unfortunate byproduct of a plan gone awry:
it was the goal from the start. It provides the perfect excuse for a significant American military presence for decades to come — which was also the plan
from the beginning.

Your music tastes are absymal fieckin jesus trivium?! Tell me if you hate your own race, why in the name of all that's alcoholic, are you still living as one of them, and amongst them.
I destest the IRA but I wouldn't live among them spitting vitriol

I can't be bothered to read the blog post, anyway since Americans are apparently the most murderous race, perhaps if you are intelligent, you will prove that with facts and figures. My request is very specific. Choose a day this week, for example the day I wrote this post. You have access to the internet and have a lot of time to read long articles, so you have time on your hands. Do some research please. Gather statistics on how many murders were committed on this one day by every race in the world, including Americans, South Africans, Arabs, Chinese people, even people from San Marino. So that the statistics are accurate, convert all these figures into percentages per race. Out of 100% of the murders committed on this day, what percentage were carriedout by Americans? Is this percentage higher than in any other country? If your point is specific for Iraq, your task will be even easier, since you will be comparing all the world's races in that one country. You will be calculating the percentage of murders which were carried out by Americans, the amount of murders carried out by Arabs, etc. Please get back to us with these statistics as they will show us all how right the argument put forward in post 1 about the Americans being a murderous race is. What I have said in this post is specifically about that point about Americans being about a murderous race. It's not about matters relating to American foreign policy, Israel, Iran, Islamic extremism, it's about the idea that Americans commit a higher percentage of the murders each day than any other race. I am defining murder as killing somebody. I'm not attaching any specific method of killing. The victims could have been strangled, shot, blown to peaces by a suicide bomber, given an injection, stabbed etc. I accept that I have issued a challenge which requires a lot of work involving statistics and mathematics, and I'm even accepting that it'll take days for the question to be answered. However, if you put forward such an argument, obviously you know all the information about what percentage of murders in the world are carried out by Americans. How else could you put forward such a point of view?

what a load of bull shit. The actions of a current administration are not a reflection on a country's people. and as a previous poster said, why don't you back up this crap with some actual statistical data?

As much as I have disagreed with the invation of Iraq, middle east policy etc I agree with the postrs above. Now Iraqis are busy killing each other and sadly they do not seem to be able to grow up and stop, not to mention that U.S. soldiers are falling like flies over there. The public is sick and tired of this endless misery and Paris Hilton simply provides a lot more entertainment value. How many of the suicide bombers so far in Iraq have been from the U.S. I wonder, my guess is 0. The popular question of the day is why can't muslims in Iraq stop killing each other and blowing themselves up or, if they insist on blowing themselves up, why can't they do it in a designated area. I think the U.S. should set up a suicide bomber center in the dessert and even provide explosives to those eager enough to blow themselves up, would be doing the rest of us a big favor.

I completely agree.

NO constructive comments thus far - but, then again; what else did I expect?

Well, seeing as you haven't contributed anything besides some rant that is not even yours how do you expect us to come up with a deeply thought out discussion. Besides my views on the middle east are well known on this site and my disagreeing with American foreign policy, but at some point Iraq and the Arab world in general has to come out and realize that shooting each other, kid napping journalists who are actually helping, blowing themselevs up and killing everyone who dares say anything negative about them or Allah, may be is not a good way to earn sympathy and understanding.
I'm getting sick and tired of Iraq and the fact that there is no end to the violence where Iraqis are too busy killing each other to even try to build a country for themselves. The invation was unjustified and a terrible thing and there have been tons of mismanagement scandals and western arrogance, but the western countries have also put a lot of money into reconstruction, most to all of which has been, aparently, used by Iraqis to purchase more weapons to blow up each other. And in any case, what would you ahve the U.S. do, pull out? Do you seriously think it would make things better for Iraqis, would they stop going at each other? I'd be curious to get a genuine inside view of what pulling out the troops would mean but I don't really see the point of some Michael Moore style onesided rant that goes so way over the line it misses its point and turns off its potential audiance instantly.
cheers

I like WB's idea about designated areas for suicide bombers. It's one worth exploring in detail. There could be a few of them competing with each other. One could have designated markets for people who wanted to be blown to bits at a market, one could have something resembling a holy place since holy places are now legitimate targets according to these terrorists. There could be one with a few various options. Builders would have to reconstruct everything every day in time for the next round of suicide bombings in these places, and if there are enough Islamic extremists who love killing themselves, it could become a sport. It may be the first sport in the world in which, the competitors never lived to find out who won.

Confused: did I attribute the (rant) as being mine? perhaps I should post the link again?

Post 11 by guitargod1 (I'm going for the prolific poster awards!) on Friday, 29-Jun-2007 11:55:21

that's it? that's all you have to say? wow. No, don't post the link again. Perhaps you should actually write something yourself along with some factual evidence to back it up. You could have done that, and then posted the link to the extremist ben lodden esk blogg.

Hmm, who's Ben? Someone I should be fimiliar with? Maybe you could post the link to his blog here.

Please for the love of god, will you have some balls and actually write a retort with some meaning which is based on fact? is that so difficult? Or are you lacking factual evidence?

Post 14 by ~*Dark_Light*~ (I just keep on posting!) on Friday, 29-Jun-2007 16:27:09

In answer to "Who's Ben?"
I think it is the board poster meant to say,
bin Laden, as in Osama bin Laden

Don't have his blog, as it were
For one point of reference, though there are many, you could go to:

I can only guess where you are from, just by looking at your arogant manner and the tone of your writing. It is so typical.

Oh, and hi ~*Thundereous MidNight* - Thanks; for that bit of info. But, I am quite fimiliar with Mr Bin Ladin. I just genuinly thought that there was really a Ben Ladin, you know? LOL - Like there was WMD in Iraq. Enjoy your day or evening, and thanks once again.

Let him say what he wants, you may not like it but unfortunately its the truth, and while I'm at it, everyone knows that the only reason Bush is in there is because his daddy couldn't finish the job.
